WHAT AND WHO is the foundation of your life?

EPISODE 3

Psalm 87:1

"His foundation is in the holy mountains."

Foundation, in every sphere of life matters so much. It's the bedrock of every structure. To a large extent, it determines the strength of, and what should be expected of the structure it represents.

Sequel to this episode, the previous write ups made it so clear that, all the foundations of this world are out of course; being subject to frustration, not by its own choice.

But do you know that in Christ, a new foundation is set for your life? If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation......old covenants; the foundation of your social and spiritual relations are made new in Christ.

Do you again know it takes blood to seal a covenant? This is why(family) people related by blood can suffer the same recurring ill fate.

So it became necessary for Christ to shed His blood for you, to make a new family with you. You become heavenly the moment you make Him the Lord of your life; being born again automatically translates you to a new kingdom which has foundations. Colossians 1:13.

"For he looked for a city which hath foundations ..." Hebrews 11:10

It's a big error for a Christian to see the evil pattern in his family reflect in his own life. Why?? His life is now built upon a heavenly foundation that is immune to corruption (2 Peter 1:4)... He is in a citadel that has foundations....Christ is his/her foundation.!
